Coping with stress

We all lead increasingly busy lives and trying to balance our work commitments and responsibilities at home can lead to major problems with stress.

Pain management

TECHNIQUES EXPLAINED

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Most of us can think of areas of our lives that we would like to improve, if only we were able to make the necessary changes to our physical or emotional condition. The problem may be something we no longer want to experience, such as jealousy, anger, grief, lack of confidence, guilt or depression; it may be physical pain – back ache, migraines, joint stiffness – that holds us back, or it can be events from our past that keep coming back to haunt us.

Negative emotions cause disruptions to the body’s energy system and this in turn can intensify and perpetuate negative feelings. By removing these limiting disruptions from the body, in a simple and often permanent way, we can begin to reach our full potential

Emotional Freedom Techniques are all about applying a pulse of energy through the body’s energy channels to neutralise the stored disruption, by gently tapping on 14 meridian points.

There is no surgery, needles or drugs involved and no long-term therapy is required. EFT is gentle and incredibly effective. I am a qualified EFT practitioner and by working on your negative emotions and pain I can help you overcome whatever it is that is limiting your belief in yourself and your ability to succeed. One session is often enough, but I can teach you the techniques so that you can have a go yourself.
